CURTIS ARBORETUM WEDDING

Emily and Ryan’s fall wedding at the Curtis Arboretum in Wyncote, Pennsylvania was one of those days that reminds me why I love being a wedding photographer. The historic estate, located just outside of Philadelphia, looked incredible surrounded by peak fall color. Warm sunlight filtered through the trees during the ceremony, creating a golden backdrop for the couple’s emotional vows. Their soft blue color palette tied everything together beautifully, standing out against the rich tones of autumn and adding a timeless, elegant feel to the day.

Working with Shannon Wellington and her team made the day flow effortlessly from start to finish. Guests gathered under the canopy of trees for the ceremony, then moved inside the grand ballroom for dinner, toasts, and dancing late into the night. Every detail—florals, lighting, and even the small candid moments—came together perfectly. It was a true celebration of love, family, and that amazing fall light that makes the Curtis Arboretum such a dream location for any Philadelphia wedding photographer.
